A private deck with seating and large gas grill welcomes you to Moon Song House. From the deck, you enter the downstairs living, dining and kitchen space, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The ample kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the basics to cook and eat in if you choose. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. On the main living floor is a large bunkroom offering two twin beds over two queen beds with a large flat screen TV and a large closet alcove big enough for a portable playpen. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
