This exclusive home is located on Mustang Island and is about 10 minutes to the new Schlitterbahn! With amazing beach views and a community pool is very close. You can’t find a better vacation home than this. On the third floor you will find the most amazing living room / dining/ kitchen area. It is surrounded by picture windows and decks on three sides. All are facing the beach with fabulous ocean views. The gourmet kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. The large deck with 2 tables has a propane BBQ grill and plenty of seating for everyone. This spacious home has 5 large bedroom and 4.5 baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third a Queen. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
