It’s a short 2 minute drive to the beach access to spend your day getting some sun, playing in the sand, and enjoying the water. This unit is steps away from 1 of the 2 community pools. It offers a fabulous slope entry pool, close to many of the restaurants, bars, and shops that Port Aransas has to offer.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with twin bunks beds with a private entrance to the second full bath. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and your catch of the day! The cottage offers 3 smart TV’s and 1 DVD player in the living area along with wireless internet. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the private breezeway. There is parking for two cars and a boat.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
