This is a spacious villa on the heights of Nice of 140 m2 with swimming pool for 6 people.
It consists of a large living - dining room and a beautiful American kitchen fully equipped with a large terrace. On the lower floor are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a trundle bed, one bedroom with a 180cm bed and its ensuite bathroom and the last bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed. There is also a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside: a beautiful swimming pool with mountain views and parking- A studio is occupied at the rear of the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
