The High Speed WiFi makes this a great choice for those who work remotely! Upon entering the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an adorable coffee bar. The kitchen has a bar that seats 4 guests along with a large dining table that seats 9 in the adjacent dining room; perfect property for a family gathering. The living room is open to the dining area and both have access to the large deck. The living room has an L shaped couch, satellite TV and a wood burning fireplace. Also located on the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The full bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower. Included in this home is a full size washer and dryer, which is a must for those mountain adventures.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
