As the name suggests, THE LUXURY BEACH VILLA lies right on Via Aurelia Sud, just outside of Viareggio and in front of the pinewood facing the Darsena and Lecciona beaches. This cosy Italian Riviera hayloft villa strats as it means to go on with a bright facade that announces its playful character.
Once a fisherman’s house, was one of the first properties built here in the Marina in early 1900s. Renovated with bold statement interiors, 2 guests can be comfortably accommodated here in a master-crefully-designed bedroom. Each room offers truly carully designed interiors giving a truly indulgent feel, air conditioning, wifi and a grand 12 x 6 metres swimming pool shared with the owners – an horse veterinary and his wife and their 2 puppies- living in the main villa.
The ground floor living room, kitchen and dining areas continue the modern theme, with French doors open out onto the pool and private terrace which is furnished with dining table, chairs, a comfy swing sofa, a wood fired pizza oven and barbecue.
After a 10 mins bike ride to the sandy beach come back for a refreshing jump into your pool and enjoy a poolside aperitif before taking dinner at the marina or step into Forte dei Marmi or Viareggio to sample its many cafes, restaurants and bars: don’t miss fresh fish from the local market! Best of Mediterranean!
Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. A late check-in is possible with an extra fee of Euro 50 up to 11 pm, plus Euro 25 per hour for each extra hour.
