This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Mammoth Lakes is located across the street from The Village and on the bike park trails. Enjoy all the amenities The Village has to offer without all the hustle and bustle. This end unit condo features vaulted ceilings in the living room with lots of natural light flooding in, a large flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi access and DVD player. The living room offers a beautiful leather sectional so you can all gather around the gas fireplace with custom stone work. The dining area offers seating for 6 with a private deck featuring a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, the perfect spot for al fresco dining! The fully stocked kitchen including a crock pot offers everything needed to prepare family meals. For the coffee enthusiast, a large pot coffee maker, Keurig (pods not included) as well as French Press and coffee grinder. The primary suite is on the upper level and features a California King bed, flatscreen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is on the main floor and features bunk beds with a Twin over Full, plus Twin trundle (for a total of 4), flatscreen TV and access to the shared hall full bath with tub/shower combo. The unit also offers a boot and glove dryer in the entrance and mud area so you can dry out your gear for the next day of skiing or adventuring and an outside guest ski locker for your use to conveniently store your equipment right next to the front door. The Val D’Isere complex offers a superb location with an outdoor pool (summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities and BBQ on the premises and a ski-back trail. Val D’Isere enjoys easy access to the Blue Line Shuttle in the winter and biking trails in the summer. It is only a short walk to shopping, dining and the gondola at The Village. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Maximum Occupancy: 6. No Smoking, No Vaping, and No pets. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience.
