A quiet corner in a residential and comfortable area of Palermo, near the famous shopping district of Via della Libertà.
Our house is located in a calm, well-connected area of Palermo. Casa Sole Luna is surrounded by a lush garden, also home to some tortoises. Walking up the stairs of the building, guests will reach the entrance which, on the right, gives space to a large and bright living area, furnished in classic style, decorated with many canvas and vintage items, provided with two comfortable sofas and a dining table, also suitable for studying or working. From here, guests have direct access to a garden, fitted with a gazebo and a breakfast table. An eat-in kitchen with white and blue tiles, equipped with everything the guests may need and flooded with light from the balcony, completes the living area. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
