The villa opens to the living room with sofas, armchairs and a big table with chairs. On the same floor a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Some stairs lead guests to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the indoors.
The villa is equipped with spacious outdoor spaces with sea view and mountain view furnished with tables, chairs and sofas. It is perfect for those willing to relax in a quiet place 10 minutes away from the beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
