Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. The ground floor houses a luxuriant living room with comfortable sofas, beautiful fireplace and access to the terrace and summer lounge, a large kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and indoor charcoal BBQ, a sumptuous dining room with a grand fireplace for 12 guests, as well as a cinema room. There are 6 stylish bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, all lavishly decorated with velvet soft furnishings, chandeliers, gilded mirrors, and unique artwork. The top floor is taken up by the 100m² master bedroom with a lounge area, walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom. The bastide is set in 11 hectares of Provencal countryside offering many areas to rest, relax and play: truffle oak fields, olive grove, orchard, vegetable plot, summer lounge on the terrace, heated pool with large pool house, tennis court and helipad. There is also a guest house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for staff, available upon request at an additional cost.
