On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance area with cloakroom and guest toilet, a spacious, cozy living room with an open fireplace, reading corner and flat screen TV, a dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the Sylt summer in a beach chair on the terrace.
The upper floor offers you a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a white tiled bathroom with double vanity and shower. There are numerous built-in wardrobes for storage.
Another place of retreat with two more beds as well as a sofa and flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower can be found on the terp floor of the house.
You can park your car directly on the property in front of your holiday home.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
