Located at 2h20 from Fortaleza Airport, Guajiru is a typical and charming fishing village on the coast of Ceará. With a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius throughout the year, with a minimum of 26 degrees and a wind between 20 and 30 knots from July to November, the place is ideal for kitesurfing and enjoying the beach. Your kite surfing teacher will pick you up at home, by the buggy beach for your daily lesson, or you can go to a school located 200 meters away on foot. This one-story, the walk-in-the-sand house has 6 suites with access to the backyard, including a wheelchair user suite: Bedroom 1 - Ocean view with double bed + bathroom Bedroom 2 and 3 - "Family" room, can be connected, with 4 single beds, 1 double bed + 2 bathrooms Bedroom 4 - double bed or 2 single beds + bathroom Bedroom 5 - double bed or 2 single beds + bathroom Bedroom 6 - wheelchair user’s room with garden view with double bed + bathroom The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washing machine). In addition, you will have a basket of basketball and a beach volleyball/beach tennis court, an enclosed place to leave your water sports or beach equipment, 2 covered parking spaces and a massage home. On the beachside, you will find the swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
