It is an amazing duplex and has two TV rooms, Italian kitchen, 8 person hydromassage room, five bedrooms (main room with balcony and jacuzzi, the other three with balcony and the last one with two single beds), social bathroom , bedroom and bathroom, driver’s room, service area, three garages and four warehouses. Approximately 10 to 14 people in the apartment, is automated, has sound in all areas and security door with sensor.The building has common areas such as an adult pool, children’s pool with games, social room, barbecue, bay view gym and massage room. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
