Spectacular house with four floors overlooking the sea of Cartagena. This place has a very cheerful style, due to its mustard color on the facade, the main color of the heroic streets. In the interior, it presents white tones, which give it good luminosity and amplitude.
On the first level, you will find a 7-seater TV room, a large enclosed kitchen, an open dining area and a spectacular pool with crystal clear water with a green wall, very typical of the region’s natural plants.
Up the stairs is the rest area; 3 bedrooms with two single beds and private bathroom, overlooking the sea and with morning and afternoon sun.
On the third floor, the most beautiful bedroom is located, with a double bed, perfect for couples, with total privacy and with a wonderful view of the sea. When you wake up, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in your own jacuzzi and savor some Caribbean sandwiches.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight are required to be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
