With a capacity of up to 12 guests and 6 suites, this is the ideal rental for New Year in Buzios. This is not just a vacation villa, but rather an entire estate covering 8000m², and with private beach access, it guarantees a truly exclusive Buzios vacation experience. The main property itself is constructed on 540m² and the simple lines and minimalist decor ensures that your attention is not distracted away from the surrounding natural beauty. The 6 bedrooms all come complete with air conditioning and 5-star quality beds for your utmost comfort. 4 of the bedrooms have their own private hammock area for unwinding after an exhausting day on the beach. The master bedroom, found on the 2nd floor, boasts a private terrace with commanding ocean views. The piece de resistance is the canopied sunroom with expansive wall-to-wall windows blurring the lines between inside and out, flooding the room with sunlight. Outside there is a spacious terrace, sauna courtyard and swimming pool area ideal for a spot of sunbathing while soaking up the view. If you feel the need to head to enjoy the famous Buzios nightlife or try some of the spectacular restaurants you’re only 15 minutes away from downtown. Whether you want to host an outdoor barbecue or cool off with a swim at the end of the day you will have everything you need here at your luxury vacation estate. Employees are mandatory and cost 400 BRL /day (not per night) for up to 12 people * 2 maids: Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Service included: breakfast and lunch service, house and room cleaning. * Gardener: Working hours: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Service included: cleaning of the pool and gardens, housekeeping outside. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
