Outside, the grounds of this villa is probably where you’ll spend most of your time, as there is a great pool, very large grassed yard, terrace with lots of dining and lounge furniture, and a great outdoor kitchen area, which features bar, Brazilian barbeque, and even a pizza oven. The basic staff includes 3 employees: cook, caretaker and maid, is included in the rates.

We recommend 2 more employees for the rental of 8 suites and 3 more employees for the rental of 12 rooms.
Extra employees will be paid by tenants
The cost of each employee/day - R$ 200.00/day
Value of 4 overtime hours - R$ 100.00
Value of 6 overtime hours - R$ 150.00
Energy, water and gas are included in the rental.
If the generator is used due to a lack of light, the diesel will be charged separately

Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.
HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
