Apulo is one of the favorite places to travel due to its warm climate and the view it has of nature. Just 2 and a half hours from Bogotá you can enjoy this country house, designed with all the comfort you need to rest and recharge. The view from the balconies is scenic, ideal for photography, the mountains look spectacular. It has a swimming pool, 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, ping pong table, basketball court and beach volleyball.
CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 60.000 COP per day per every 9 guests. The housekeeper cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
- If the arrival/departure time is outside the previously scheduled time, an additional fee will be charged.
