INSIDE THE CONDO
This 4th floor unit is accessible via elevator.
Step directly into your open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. On the right, a well-stocked kitchen features a range of gleaming all-black appliances, including an electric stove-oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooks will appreciate lots of handy extra gadgets including a rice cooker, steamer and blender.
After a day on the mountains, kick back in front of a 40” TV in the living area. There’s a comfy sleeper sofa and armchair to snuggle up on, while a large stone fireplace keeps the room toasty warm on chilly evenings.
Beside the sofa, a small wooden dining table offers room for 4 to share meals. When eyes feel heavy, retreat to the queen-size bed in your master bedroom. There’s a 32” flat-screen opposite the bed, while a tall dresser and closet offer ample storage space.
The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a single sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
Outdoors, a small private balcony overlooking River Run Village offers fabulous mountain views – always there to tempt you to grab your skis and hit the slopes!

You’re also surrounded by ski rental stores, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Across the parking lot from the complex, you can glide around the 7,200-square-foot Dercum Square Ice Rink with day and night skating. Arriving in summer? The rink is transformed into a Putt-Putt course.
Just a 15-minute drive away, picture-perfect Dillon Reservoir offers opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking and hiking amid a glorious landscape of soaring pines and mountains.
