When it’s time to unwind with your party, you have several options to choose from. Kick back in the main-level living room with two large couches, plenty of chairs, and gorgeous golf course and ocean views. Enjoy the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace while watching a favorite film on the 49-inch smart TV.
The lower-level living area is perfect for a game night: the bookshelves are full of board games and there’s plenty of comfy seating for your group to relax and watch TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your party will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge, stainless steel appliances, ample counters, plenty of serveware, and a kitchen table for four.

Find quiet privacy in the expansive master bedroom with a king bed, golf course views, a sitting area, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first features two twin beds, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination while the second offers a queen bed, chaise lounge, and a large closet. The last bedroom includes two twin beds and a large closet.
A half bathroom is located just off the living room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower can be found on the lower level.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The front courtyard, with ample furniture and a BBQ grill, provides a great spot for morning coffee or appetizers, while the roof deck features brilliant views perfect for a glass of wine.
Spend sunny afternoons on the spacious deck which overlooks the golf course and offers plenty of seating or take a nap on the covered ground-level patio.
