Take a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift, or a quick drive to great hiking trails - there are a plethora of activities to enjoy in every season! For a variety of shopping and dining options, Vail Village is 2 minutes away by foot. Unwind on the sectional with a large ottoman while watching a movie on the 42-inch TV. Or enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace while checking email at the desk in an office area. A twin Murphy bed is stowed by the office and tucks neatly into the wooden shelving. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Enjoy morning coffee at the bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for six. Keep beverages cool in a mini-fridge by the dining room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. WHAT’S NEARBY Vail Village is a 2-minute walk, has pedestrian-friendly heated streets, and is ideal for nightlife, shopping, and dining. For hiking nearby, the North Trail Trailhead is about 2 miles west, and the Vail Trail (eastern trailhead) is about 1.5 miles in the other direction. The incredible skiing at Vail is close at hand -- the nearest lifts are only a 5-minute walk from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Although this condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Vail’s pleasant summer temperatures. This first-floor unit is accessed via a short flight of stairs. With additional condos located above, sounds of neighbors in adjacent units may be heard. Apollo Park Condominiums are one of the best values in the Village area; this unit is well-decorated and much more updated than most other units in the building. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
