This home has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard and is set in the heart of the charming fishing village of Porthleven. The property is only a stone’s throw from the main harbour which you can see from the front door.
It’s perfect for couples all year round and comes with all the amenities required for a great getaway as a couple.
The front door into the apartment opens into a bright, open-plan living area, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The door from the kitchen leads into a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables either side. There is a separate modern ensuite shower room with heated towel rail beyond the bedroom.
There are smart TVs and wifi access for cosy nights in watching a film or favourite series.
Electricity, wifi, bedding and towels are all included. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is currently no private parking at the property as it is located very close to the harbour, but there is on street parking on the roads surrounding the property.
