The house, located in a quiet area of Estacion de Cártama consists of two floors, a first with a large living room with fireplace and bar area, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with bunk beds) and a full bathroom.
The upper floor has two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
It also has a private pool, garden area with lawn, porch, barbecue area with summer kitchen, outdoor dining, tables chairs and sun loungers, children’s play area with swings, basket, etc. and covered parking. All with beautiful views of the Guadalhorce Valley.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
