Fantastic villa of recent construction and modern style with capacity for 8 people.
The house is located in a mountain environment, surrounded by Mediterranean forest, with spectacular views of the Guadalhorce Valley and direct access to the Sierra de Mijas.
It has a large garden on a 10,000 m2 private estate, a porch and several terraces as well as an impressive lake pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a third with two bunk beds (all with bathroom en suite), large living room with windows to enjoy the panoramic views, fully equipped semi-independent kitchen, living room, living room reading, gym and laundry.
The house has a multimedia device that lets you stream content from your mobile phone, tablet or PC to the television in the main salon (with Chromecast).
It also has a wood stove, underfloor heating, air conditioning, wifi and additional fridge and freezer in the gym.
