Gulf Haven is a recently remodeled three-story, four-bedroom, three full and one-half-bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one-car garage with a golf cart. This home has been professionally decorated and furnished in a coastal beach décor with no carpeting.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher,12 cup coffee pot, Keurig, and garbage disposal. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a large laundry sink. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large private master suite plus an additional half bath in the foyer.
On the second floor, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms with two full baths and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Continue up to the crow’s nest for the fourth bedroom with 360° views of Martinique, the adjacent Bon Secour wildlife refuge, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Other features include 9- and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, new central heating, and air conditioning, lots of storage areas, two porches, and one screened patio.
