Bella Vue is a beautiful, newly decorated, three-story, 3-bedroom/3 1/2-bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one-car garage.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with an electric fireplace, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, Regular coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large private master suite, plus an additional half bath in the foyer and a spacious screened porch that faces the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.
On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms, with two full baths, and a second-floor balcony. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. There is also a finished crow’s nest that could be used as a fourth bedroom.
