This unique two story three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,700 square feet of living space and spacious porch.
You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.
In addition to the main living areas there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and one full bath. Other features include a ½ bath adjacent to the living area, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
