Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, ice maker, microwave, regular coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
This top-floor unit is enhanced by ten-foot ceilings, along with a generous 15-foot vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and lots of closet space.
Many personal touches make this unit the perfect getaway for families or couples. Games, movies, books, and CD’s are available. The kitchen is very well equipped, with extensive cookware and dinnerware and a heavy-duty blender.
Martinique is nestled right next to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Preserve, and this condominium offers views of the Preserve from the master bedroom and balcony.
