Tea Time

Let the coastal breeze put your mind at ease in our single-story stay, “Tea Time” - with 3bd/1.5ba, this space would be ideal for groups/families of up to eight people. As a luxury when staying with us, this property also features on-site parking, so you won’t have to worry about hunting for a space! As you pull into the drive, you will feel as if you’ve stepped into a storybook with its charming enchanted-like exterior tucked behind the greenery. This feeling will follow you to the interior - where you will find the living room has been adorned with delicate furnishings and accent pieces to give the home a soft, cozy feel. In addition to the impeccable styling, the living area features plenty of seating for the whole group to hang out and relax together after a long day exploring the city. Just off of the living room is the dining room - featuring a formal dining table with seating for 6 people. Have a larger group than 6? No worries, there’s additional seating for two at the bar counter in the kitchen! For your convenience, the kitchen has also been fully stocked with all your cooking/kitchenware essentials for making the perfect meal to share with your crew. Aside from the common areas, this home also features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms - which are located right down the front hallway. The first of the three rooms features a plush king-size bed and HDTV so you can wind down the night with a good movie/tv show. The other two bedrooms have been adorned with queen-size beds - one of which features its own private half-bath ensuite, while the other features two beds for our larger groups. In addition to the half-bath, a full-size bathroom can be found in the hallway to be shared between the three bedrooms. Each bathroom will come stocked with your basic toiletries to get you started for your stay. Now let’s take it outside to your outdoor oasis - where you will find two sitting areas to choose from. Your courtyard area, located on the front side of the home, is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at our cute little Parisian-style cafe table. However, if you prefer to be a little more tucked away from the street, the backyard area has got you covered. With lounge seating for 4, this space would be the ideal spot to hang out, have a drink, and take in the beautiful backyard views. The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. If you believe the noise may be a problem, it may be wise to book accommodations in a different area of Charleston. Apart from the rare train horn, we are confident that you will find the neighborhood serene and tranquil. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
