This spectacular luxurious villa is located directly on the sea, in the gated community of Cala Santa Maria de Llorell, in Tossa de Mar. As this is a private urbanization, access is restricted to inhabitants only, which makes the beach of Cala Llorell less crowded then other beaches on the Costa Brava. The views from this villa are absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach on each side of the villa and the beautiful Costa Brava coastline with its crystal clear water, rocks and pine trees. The villa’s location is truly unique, being one of the few villas with a private access to the beach. Just walk down the stairway from your terrace, and you’ll have your feet in the sand! You enter the villa on the top, on street level. Behind the gate you’ll find an ample car parking for 4 cars. Via a ramp you walk down to the villa, while enjoying the sea views, until you arrive at the pool/terrace. Here you’ll enjoy the large private pool of 5x12m, sun loungers, chill out corner and a stunning large sun deck with incredible sea views. From here you take a stairway down to the first floor. On this floor there are 6 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed, with sea views and balcony. Bedroom 2: two single beds put together (which can be separated), with sea views and balcony. Bedroom 3: double bed, with sea views, balcony and walk-in closet. En-suite bathroom with bath tub. Bedroom 4: quadruple room with two bunk beds, ideal for kids. Sea views and access to balcony. Bedroom 5: double bed, with sea views and balcony. Bedroom 6: two single beds put together (which can be separated). Two more bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub. All double beds are 180cm wide, and single beds are 90cm wide. All bedrooms have roof ventilators, although there is a constant sea breeze throughout the house. Walking down you arrive on the ground floor where you’ll find the large living room with breathtaking sea views! The large couch and windows make this a truly spectacular living space. On the ground floor there’s a forth bathroom with bath tub. From the living room you access the dining area, as well as a separate smaller salon with TV. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. From the dining room and kitchen you have direct access to the front terrace where you’ll find a large dining table and BBQ, to enjoy your summer evenings. Private pathway (with stairs) that leads directly from the villa down to the beach. There are two beach bars/restaurants on the beach and water activities available for a fun-filled day! Wifi included. The center of Tossa de Mar is at 5km, a 10min drive.
