This spectacular luxury villa is located directly on the seafront in the exclusive private community of Cala Santa Maria de Llorell in Tossa de Mar. Being in a gated community, access is limited to owners and their guests, making Cala Llorell beach quieter and more private than other beaches on the Costa Brava.

The villa offers breathtaking 360° views, with the beach on both sides and panoramic vistas of the Costa Brava, including crystal-clear waters, rocky coves, and pine forests. It is also one of the few villas with private beach access—just descend the stairs from the terrace, and your feet are in the sand!

Descending the ramp with sea views leads to the terrace and pool area, featuring a large private pool (5x12 m), sun loungers, chill-out area, and terrace with panoramic sea views.

All double beds measure 180 cm wide and single beds 90 cm wide. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, although the constant sea breeze naturally keeps the villa cool.
