The living room includes a 52" Smart TV with a Netflix account included. Outside, there’s a built-in BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including an automatic coffee machine for fresh beans and a Nespresso machine. A connected storage room houses a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate courtesy toilet on this floor.
