Winter evenings can be spent kicking back on the leather sofas while a movie plays and the fire roars, yet summer evenings offer wonderful sunsets that can be seen from the two spacious decks. Plus, the whole gang can spread out with ease, as some will love spending time upstairs while others can head down to the lower level boasting a game room complete with a media center, ping-pong/pool table, and a piano for the musically-inclined guests. Don’t forget to take advantage of the fenced backyard as well because the dogs will love running around as you gather around the firepit! And due to this property’s elevation, you and your guests will experience a breathtaking four-state view that includes Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina!
