Great villa with fantastic views over the Mediterranean and botanic gardens.
Located in the quiet residential area of Cala Santa Cristina, near Blanes. The beautiful beach is a 10 minute walk from the house.
At street level there is a garage with automatic door for 1 car and bikes.
One level up you’ll find a spacious outdoor play terrace. Next is the pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa has a large living room with a comfortable seating area, dining table and sliding doors to the terrace with stunning sea views. The living room has a wide screen Led Smart TV with stereo system. The surrounding terrace has sun shades and relaxing seats.
Furthermore on this level you will find a fully equipped kitchen connecting to the terrace with an outdoor dining table, sun umbrella and a Weber BBQ. This terrace is fenced off to the pool for children safety purposes.
2 double bedrooms, both with in-built wardrobes share an adjacent bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The large master bedroom is located at the next level. It has built-in wardrobes, a safe for personal belongings and a bathroom en-suite with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a toilet and bidet. This room has a beautiful sea view and offers a private terrace with 2 sun loungers and sunshade.
By stairway you access the top floor, where you’ll find the recently renovated fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a third fold-a-way bed. The en-suite third bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
