With 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are suites and an auxiliary suite (dependence), the house perfectly accommodates 10 people in air-conditioned rooms. The place is fully planned and well distributed, in the living/dining room, for example, it includes a sofa, flat screen TV, wine cellar, brewer and capsule coffee maker. Your kitchen is well equipped, and there you will find all kitchen utensils and cutlery and you can make delicious meals to enjoy in the internal dining room or on the property’s private one-story veranda. The complex, in turn, is very private with 4 chalets, access to the beach and a shared plastic pool that can be filled on request (Check pool availability). The condominium has a barbecue that can be prepared by the caretaker until 6pm. The sea is a delight! Warm and calm waters to relax and enjoy long hours of bathing. The view of Porto Mirim bay is privileged, sunset is a spectacle! Nature is present at all times, with starfish, maria flour, corals, shells and a view of the parrachos where you can also take a diving trip. Within a short walk you will find a la carte or full menu restaurants. Want a fresh fish? Fishermen often offer freshly caught delicacies, from the boat straight to their kitchen. On full moon nights, the sea is well lit, a new beautiful show of nature to harmonize with your company and have a good chat.
