Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
- Events & Parties: • No parties with loud music are permitted CONSIDERATIONS • Please treat the space with care and leave it as you found it. • Please be considerate to the other residents living in the building and keeping the noise down after 10pm. • Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. • Charges apply if any linen is damaged or taken.
