This is a beautiful villa recently renovated by a renowned architect from Monaco and fitted and furnished to a very high standard. The villa offers high quality interiours with 3 bedrooms in the main house and additional accommodation in separate apartments, garden and heated pool. The main entrance opens onto the entrance hall with access to the light-flooded living room where high French doors open onto the garden and offer fantastic views over the Eze Chateau out to the Mediterranean Sea. Located on the same floor are dining area and well equipped designer kitchen, as well as an en suite bedroom with double bed. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 2 air-conditioned en suite bedrooms including the master bedroom with office area and equally fabulous sea views. Another three bedrooms are distributed over three separate apartments behind the main building, each with living area with sofa bed, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom and its own entrance door. The exteriors reflect the essence of the French Riviera. There is al fresco dining, surrounded by Mediterranean trees providing privacy and shade, and a 10 x 5 m pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. This is a beautiful house for entertaining and for enjoying a wonderful outdoor lifestyle. In addition there is secure off-street parking for 2 cars, underfloor heating and Bose sound system.
