Sugar Sands offers a peaceful beachside experience with only three condos sharing a private pool and secluded beach. This lovely tropical oasis is just steps from the beautiful beach and laden with exotic and fragrant greenery, tropical huts, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Sugar Sands B is on the ground floor and offers the easiest of beach vacations!

Mad Beach, as it’s affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida’s Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John’s Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

This first-floor gem offers a living area and main bedroom open to the pool and deck area for easy access. The main bedroom has plenty of storage to unpack and unwind, and both bedrooms have a TV. Beach towels and beach chairs are available.

If you choose to bring a dog, they are not allowed in the pool.
Breeds not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid.
