Summerhouse 308B will leave you captivated with its cozy interior and one-of-a-kind view from three floors up! The interior will make you feel at home and the view will keep you on the balcony. Summerhouse offers one of the best sunsets on the beach, so take a deep breath, sit back, and most of all relax! But wait. Views can also be enjoyed from the open floor plan and main suite. There is a comfortable king bed in the main suite, which also features an adjoining bath and access to the porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. When you book this darling condo, you and your friends will have access to community amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Things to know During Spring Break, we rent to ’Families’ or ’ALL’ occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this rental.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
