There are building materials and workers all around building and the resort is closed leaving only a few condos in the building open as vacation rentals. One of the pools is closed, and one remains open. There is no direct beach access, but there is beach access next door. The tiki bar is also closed. This condo is located on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
