The first one propose 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Capacity of 5 persons) and the second one also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Capacity of 3 persons). 1st part : Apartment for 5 persons is composed of 2 different floors : Upper floor : - 1 Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and extra-bed on including direct access to the balcony with lake view (new luxury bedding) - A bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, washing machine and single sink - Toilets are separately Lower floor : - Southeast-facing living room which opens onto a furnished terrace with lake view. - Fully equipped Kitchen with dining area for 4 persons which is extendable up to 8 persons. - A separate bedroom on the same floor as the living room, with two bunk beds (90x190cm each), separate bathroom including shower, sink and toilet. 2nd part : Apartment for 3 people is also composed of 2 different floors: Upper floor : - 1 Master bedroom with a twin bed pushed together (mattress of 3x6,5f each). Option to add a cot. - Adjoining bathroom with double sink, bathtub, separate toilet and washing machine. Lower floor : - Southeast-facing living room which opens onto a furnished terrace with lake view. - Fully equipped Kitchen with dining area for 4 persons which is extendable up to 8 persons. - A separate bedroom on the same floor as the living room with a single bed (90x190cm), shower, sink and separate toilet. ***The apartments are located in a new building on the same floor with private access. On the ground floor, the restaurant "Le comptoir de Seb" offers small and light meals during the day. (Breakfast, Lunch, afternoon snack). The restaurant is closed for dinner.
