Retro Chic single-level home offers lovely mountain and ski slope views. Conveniently located to the north of town for easy access to Frisco, Copper, Keystone, and more! 5-minute drive to the Gondola and downtown.
You’ll love the modern décor and the geothermal heating throughout this one-of-a-kind retreat. Relax in the rounded main living room with wall-to-wall windows to give amazing mountain views, its wood-burning stove, and a closet full of games to enjoy! Cook delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. This main living space/kitchen can be closed off via a pocket door, quietly separating it from the other family-friendly side of the house. The second living room includes a smart TV and stereo. The heated 2-car garage has a smart TV, Bluetooth music connection, darts, and a loop game. Relax on the wraparound deck or while soaking in your private hot tub.
The primary bedroom’s en suite bathroom offers a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A guest bedroom also features an en suite.
Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.
For hiking, head to the Gold Hill Trailhead, 2 miles away, or the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, about five miles away, where you can spot moose, elk, beavers, and nesting birds. Book a tee time at the Breckenridge Golf Club or rent a paddleboard and explore the Lake Dillon Reservoir. You’re within a quick drive of coffee shops, breweries, and bistros to suit all tastes.

A full-time tenant occupies the separate downstairs apartment. The upper decks and hot tub are reserved for your exclusive use.
All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
