Select a beverage from the wine fridge at the wet bar and lounge by the fireplace. A writing desk offers a laptop-friendly workspace. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Four can perch at the breakfast bar. The dining table seats six. BED & BATH This two-story townhome sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, each with hybrid memory foam and innerspring mattresses. The primary suite has a king bed, a 58’ 4K TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed alongside a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Watch shows on the 46” HDTV. The sit-to-stand desk has a built-in wireless charger and a monitor with an HDMI connection. The all-new en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a granite bench. The third bedroom has a king bed and a 58” 4K TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a 40” HDTV, and a built-in desk with a monitor. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in mountain views from the fenced deck and indulge in a soak in the hot tub. Community amenities include: - Neighborhood park with playground (200’ away) - Basketball court - Sledding hill EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, sleds and snow discs, access to Xfinity programming, and a full-size washer/dryer are provided. All bedrooms have humidifiers and Roku smart TVs. A complimentary firelog will be provided at the start of your reservation. Driveway parking is available for four cars. This rental does not have air-conditioning; fans are provided during the summer months. THE LOCATION The Vail Valley is a year-round destination, and this is your home base for access to it all! Spend winter days on the slopes of Beaver Creek, with the Riverfront Gondola a 3-minute drive. Or catch the nearby complimentary ski shuttle. In the summer, delight in wildlife viewing, hiking, and biking. Walk 11 minutes to the Eagle Vail trailhead. Fly fish along the Eagle River or Beaver Creek, also within walking distance. Book a tee time at Eagle Vail Golf Club, a 6,500-yard course in the neighborhood. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
