Add that to the furnished deck with a hot tub and double-tiered balcony and you’ll find it hard to decide whether you want to relax inside or out. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area. The main level will be the hub for entertaining, as two living areas, beamed ceilings, plenty of seating for sharing meals, and two bedrooms each with its own flat-screen TV will allow everyone to mingle and spread out. If the young at heart still want to get a bit of energy out, the lower level of the home features an air hockey table and a flatscreen TV....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
