Step into the open layout with a comfortable seating area along with a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and wood counters. Open the sliding glass door to reveal the lovely views from the deck, along with a seating area and gas grill. The bedroom upstairs has a comfortable bed and a full-sized bathroom. There is a convenient washer and dryer on site as well. The lower level features two more bedrooms, along with a full bathroom as well. There is another deck that offers coverage in the event of rain and more stunning views. The shared pool, basketball, and tennis courts are located in the center of the neighborhood! This home is nearby downtown Banner Elk, the town of Boone, Seven Devils, as well as Sugar Mountain, making this a great destination in any season. Enjoy hiking the trails, shopping in town, or wine tasting nearby. Things to Know There is cable and streaming available. There is an air mattress and a twin cot available for extra guests. There is a brand new Pack and Play and sheets for it (downstairs closet), a single pop-up cot for one person, and an air mattress available. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
