We offer a range of executive one bedroom apartments on Bothwell Road, which enjoys close proximity to Aberdeen Beach Esplanade and Queen’s Links. The beach itself is famous for its golden sand and its long curved length between the harbour at the mouth of the River Don. Queen’s Links is a delightful grassy park running parallel to the beach.
Aberdeen Beach is home to the city’s ever popular amusement park, “Codona’s.” There is also a 9-screen Cineworld multiplex cinema, many beachfront cafés and restaurants, the Beach Leisure Centre with a swimming pool, ice rink and public gym facilities; and a public golf course and driving range at the “King’s Links.”
For football fans, Pittodrie Stadium - home to Aberdeen FC - is a 10 minute walk away.
Bothwell Road is ideally placed for local bus routes, providing quick and easy access to Aberdeen city centre.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
