Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Wonderful 4 bedroom family villa near the centre of Roquefort les Pins. Spacious and well equipped property in a quiet residential area with air-conditioning, large garden with amazing infinity pool and several terraces. This villa is a fabulous property, decorated to a high standard that offers 4 bedrooms of which one is an independent studio with sleeping facilities for up to 4 guests (ideal for teenagers or staff). The villa offers 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of those share one family bathroom. The Master bedroom has a large double bed with ensuite bathroom and is air-conditioned. All bedrooms offer Apple TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast corner, and equipped with all modern amenities. The large air-conditioned living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area and provides comfortable seating/dining for long al fresco lunches and dinners. The living is equipped with a SONOS installation and has a large flat screen television with International TV channels. A separate studio with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette and its own entry is located on the garden level. There is the option of 2 additional guests thanks to a sofa bed that can be made available for children or staff. There is a large free form infinity pool with easy step acces surrounded by a large terrace. There are several sun loungers and bean bags for relaxing by the pool. A large gaz BBQ and dining facilities are provided on this terrace. Outdoor activities include table tennis and a boules court. The villa is located within a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Roquefort les Pins and guests could walk to the centre (approx. 20min walk).
