This three-bedroom recently renovated condo is located off the mountain in the Hawk Mountain community. One of only a few condos in the area to have central air-conditioning, this retreat is a treat for those hot summer days. Just an eight-mile drive from Okemo, this home is located along Vermont’s Scenic Route 100 Byway. Outdoor enthusiasts can choose between snowmobiling, ATV rentals, kayak/canoe rentals for exploring four nearby lakes, ski/snowboard/snowshoe rentals, a sledding hill, bike rentals, Plymouth State Park, hiking trails on premises, golf, and tennis There is also tennis in Ludlow for a nominal fee.
This abode is perfectly situated for enjoying Vermont’s scenery and activities year-round. In the summer and fall, enjoy the nearby lakes, drive Route 100 and enjoy the foliage, or visit small towns and historical sites within a short drive and experience Vermont’s unique charm. In the winter months, this location is ideal for skiers. Only an eight-mile drive from Okemo’s Jackson Gore base area and Okemo’s Nordic Center, 10 miles to Killington resort’s Skyship, or 15 miles to the main base lodge at Killington ski resort. This is a great location where you can get away from it all to enjoy nature and solitude, yet still be close to area activities.
