This unit is a spacious direct oceanfront unit with a gorgeous view of the ocean & the Cocoa Beach Pier.
There is a HUGE balcony (that you can access from both the living room & master bedroom). There is an open concept kitchen with a large island. It overlooks the dining room and living room. The living room has a pullout sofa and a large TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed, renovated ensuite and closet. There is an additional guest bedroom and bathroom.
The unit is designed with your comfort in mind and is equipped with free wifi, parking, beach accessories, linens, towels and more! There is coin operated laundry on the floor of the building.
he Cocoa Beach Towers complex offers a large heated oceanfront pool, tennis court and putting green for your enjoyment.
It is so centrally located with many restaurants & attractions right nearby. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a stones throw away, and a grocery store, restaurants are within a mile. Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo and much more are close. Disney and the Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away.
Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.
