Perfect for multiple families or groups of outdoor enthusiasts, the home has been designed and decorated to cater to families with children and recreationalists as that’s what we are, and what we know best. The proximity of outdoor activities is something you won’t be able to find elsewhere! The Cross-Town Trail is directly across the street and the Summit Ski Area is at the end of the road. This gives guests access to ride bikes, ski, or snowboard at Timberline Lodge just out the front door. For beginner skiers and snowboarders in the group, Summit Ski Area is easily accessible. There is no time wasted packing kids and ski gear into cars as Timberline Lodge, Summit Ski Area or Mt Hood Ski Bowl are all accessible via walking or shuttle straight out the front door! Entry ways into the chalet have storage for boots, jackets, helmets, and gear. The owners even included a bike washing station and racking system with locks for summertime guests. If skiing or biking isn’t your thing, the trails give you access to hiking, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. The home is also within walking distance of town where you can find restaurants and shopping.
This beautiful home just completed a full remodel of the 1989 Austrian-inspired chalet. The décor is designed to be modern, but comfortable so that guests can fully relax and enjoy their time. The floor plan boasts three full living spaces including loft, main living room, and basement living room. The Chalet is equipped with free WiFi and TVs, two full baths, and laundry on site. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped so that guests can cook and entertain during their stay. There are two large gas fireplaces that you can cozy up to and watch a movie or read a book, a large deck out back with a view of ski bowl, a gas grill, and a private outdoor hot tub, and a pool table in the loft that will provide hours of inside entertainment.
