Welcome to Dhyana! This beautiful, spacious river home is sure to become your new favorite Russian River escape! The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated to create a truly peaceful, serene and relaxing space for you to unwind and recharge. Dhyana is located in a quaint and quiet Guerneville neighborhood which has 2 direct river access points! While the seasonal dams are in place from mid-June through the end of September, 2 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak are available for your use!! A short 2 minute walk will have you camped out at Cozy Cove watching the ducks swim by as you settle in for your day at the river! A slightly longer 4-5 minute walk brings you to a larger rocky beach with a great swimming hole! Walk into the fully fenced yard and immediately feel at peace as you stare up at the towering redwoods all around you. The front yard has a large propane fire table set up for your group to gather around in the evenings, share stories, and catch up on your day! Take the stairs up to the front door and enter into the beautifully decorated, open concept kitchen, dining and living room area! The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare simple to gourmet meals during your stay. The living room has a brand new gas log fireplace insert for cozy forest evenings spent lounging or watching your favorite shows on the wall mounted art piece/Smart TV with streaming apps! Or gather around the dining table and dive into one of the many popular board games provided! The living room also has a comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. Off of the common spaces are 3 stylish, good sized bedrooms, each with their own deck access and Smart TV! The multiple deck spaces have a variety of seating and an outdoor eating section available so you can spend as much time outdoors as in. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Also on this level is the newly remodeled full bath with designer tub and separate shower enclosure. Plan your own mini-spa day without ever leaving the house!! Off of the living room is a short flight of steps up to the home office / arcade room! Whether using this space to work-from-vacation-home, or as pure entertainment, you won’t be disappointed! Dhyana comes equipped with reliable, fast WiFi with download speeds of at least 100mbps! With the wooded views out the window behind the desk, flex-cations have never been better than at Dhyana! When it’s break time, you can even squeeze in a quick game of Pac-Man or other classic arcade game! The lower level has another full bath and access to the game room with Ping-Pong table! Open up the barn doors to let the outside in, or even wheel the ping-pong table out into the yard to open up the gaming space for the whole group! Whether it’s spending the day at the river, exploring local wineries, fishing or hiking, you will never enjoy coming home as much as when that home is Dhyana - rest, relax, recharge, meditate, contemplate, heal...
