Welcome to your modern getaway! This freshly updated condo underwent a full renovation in 2025, featuring completely remodeled bathrooms, brand-new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded lighting, and stylish new furnishings—including a cozy sectional and plush master bed. Designed for comfort and convenience, this space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The light-filled, inviting living room is a great place to unwind, especially when you come back from the community pool or hot tub–it’s complete with a large flat-screen TV, a Bose stereo system, and comfortable furniture. It opens up to a sunny lanai with terrific garden and pool views, and deck with patio chairs. Whoever is the designated chef of the group will have endless fun working in the kitchen! It’s equipped with new, stainless steel appliances that include a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster.
This retreat is located in the most southern point on the island, from which you can watch both the sunrise and sunset. Makahuena Point has crashing waves and beautiful splashing surf, with only a short walk to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach State Park.
